This is my story........

My photo
Wrapped in Love Quilts are memory quilts for all occasions with Hospice patients having priority. Wrapped in Love Quilts was created after I learned a friend of mine had terminal cancer. I knew how much she loved her family, especially her grandchildren. I didn't know what to say to her when I received the news of her cancer so I came up with a way for her to wrap the love of her family around her. I created a photo quilt of all her loved ones along with her grandchildren's handprints on the back. She called it her faithful companion. Sue Liston passed away on October 31, 2007. During the year 2008 I created many quilts for hospice patients and persons that needed a little extra love wrapped around them. As you view the quilts and read the stories about them, starting with Sue's(2008-#1), you will see what a rewarding journey I have been on. The quilts are a beautiful way to express love when words seem inadequate. Needless to say, I feel very blessed to be able to help others. #21 Welcome Brady

Little Brady is due July 10th. His Mommy's sister, Teresa, had a quilt made with pictures of family members welcoming him into this world. Teresa gave the quilt to Sharon on her birthday and she loved it.

Brady entered this world on July 14th. He is healthy and doing great. Unfortunately his mother suffered complications during delivery. She is now at home with little Brady and family helping her during her recovery.
A picture of the quilt will be posted after the quilt is completed with pictures of Brady.
